Chef Koochooloo currently has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Executive Assistant intern to learn the ins and outs of this career path. Reporting Directly to the CEO, the assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
Essential Job Functions
- You will seek out new customers (schools, homeschooling associations), and partner with existing ones offering our solution to improve their educational goals.
- You will conduct outbound calling every day to set face-to-face appointments and meet with clients, reporting daily to the rest of the team.
- You will learn and demonstrate the benefits of Chef Koochooloo products, services, and solutions to clients.
- You will develop and present proposals tailored to address each client’s specific business needs.
- You will ensure outstanding customer service through regular client follow-up.
- You will identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in various schools to secure new business and strengthen partnerships with current clients.
- You will help with general administrative tasks for the company such as figuring out the best insurance solutions or setting up logistics
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts
- Make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgment to reflect the CEO’s style and organization policy.

- Manage the Content Management System and have the technical ability to troubleshoot issues within the system

- You are personable and enjoy networking at all levels to build business relationships.
Requirements and Certifications
- A college degree is preferred but not required.

- Compensation: 0 the first month and upon successful work, after 30 days there can be a review process to consider a compensation package
