Accountabilit
This position is virtual and will start on the 6th of 2022 and until the end of June, this is a paid position a stipend of $1700 after one successful month.

Position Requirements:
- Current student of an undergraduate or graduate program in Political Science, International Affairs, or related field and interest in Spanish Studies preferred
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, complete tasks with minimal oversight, and communicate clearly and consistently in a virtual work environment.
- Language skills a plus: French, Spanish, Dutch or English
Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with program administration and events, including interview coding, translating reports and other documents, logistics, and other tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to regional teams
- Support database system and database management, including Telling our Stories, etc.
- Monitor international funding opportunities and prepare our dossier to apply
- Write as a contributor to our content management system
- Develop and/or edit country one-pagers
- Assist in researching and gathering intelligence for proposal design, briefing papers, reports, and presentations
- Attend and contribute to proposal design sessions and budget development processes
- Support key record-keeping functions of the division, including taking minutes at staff meetings, cleaning databases (contact lists, program inventory, survey research, etc.)
- Support team recruitment efforts by reviewing job applications and qualifications and developing candidate matrices
Learning Outcomes:

Experience (Required)
- Less than 1 year(s): Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
